Bank Fines and Redundancy

There are different types of bank fines and redundancy whether it is related to redundancy selection, redundancy payments which occur due to closures, relocation, transfer or work force reduction. Redundancy does not include the simple letting go off the workers but requires the follow up of the laws related to the payment of compensation or offering some of the extended benefits to the employees. The company is fined when it get the employees out of work. There is redundancy protection offered to the employees of every company. They are paid with the compensation if the company fires them.

Redundancy payments are made in order to compensate the worker who has given many years of loyal service to the company but still he suffers job loss without any fault on the part of the worker. There are mainly three types unlawful employment termination included under the employment law. The first thing is the wrongful dismissal which is related to the matter of contract and damages; it can be dealt in the ordinary civil courts. The other type is the unfair dismissal mentioned in the British law which covers all types of employment terminations that are included in the bank fines and redundancy which are solved in the superior courts.
