County Court Judgments

CCJ or county court judgments are legal judgments made by the county court against individuals and businesses trapped in huge debts and are unable to payoff to the lending institutions due to financial crisis. One of the prime roles of county court judgments is to draft an affordable payment schedule for the indebted individual or businesses so as to make them pay off the entire borrowed sum thereby dissolving the conflict between lender and borrower. County Court Judgments are made for people who do not make timely payment of owed sum. Lenders seek for County Court Judgments when the borrowers are not paying off the borrowed sum thereby creating monetary losses for the lenders.

County Court Judgments are required by one party when the other party breaches the mutual credit agreement. County Court Judgments are required mostly in case of secured loan providers that means the lenders posses the collateral as a monetary substitute to losses incurred due to non payment of debts by the borrowers. Lenders of secured loans repossess the collateral under full legal authority as county court of all countries has made it legal for the lenders to repossess the mortgaged property in case the borrowers meets payment default.

County court judgments are recorded in the credit history of the borrower thereby affecting the eligibility of the borrower to take loan for about six years in future. In case the borrower pays off the entire debt within 30 days of the judgment, the CCJ will not appear in the credit history of the borrower but after 30 days it will appear in credit history. Having late repayments and county court judgments are two of the most common reasons for a poor credit rating. Individual and businesses who have more than one county court judgments in their credit history find it hard to get loans in future. County court judgments can be applied by following-

  • Creditors providing services like gas, electricity, internet connection and water on credit.
  • It is legitimate right of lenders such as banks and credit card companies to apply for CCJ in case the borrowers does not pay off due debts.
  • Local authorities such as landlords can also opt for county court judgments in case they are not getting rent on time or their property is illegally occupied by tenants.

CCJ i.e. County Court Judgments decides a payment schedule of the reimbursement that must be given to the lenders by the defaulter borrower so that the lender can recover the monetary losses incurred due to irregular payment of the borrowed sum by borrowers. County Court Judgments are the most sought after judgments so as to get justice in case some one borrows money from you and refrain from paying back. The judgments made by the county court are considered as final decision and the borrowers have to follow the final decision of the court made in case of payment conflict between lenders and the borrowers.
