During the period your IVA is being set up, creditors and debt collection agencies are likely to continue to phone you. You just have to tell them you are doing an IVA with Phillip Allen at Debt Lifeboat and they should mark your file forward for seven to eight weeks to allow the creditors’ meeting to be called.
